I feel like we’ve all, at some point in our lives, broken or quit New Year’s Resolutions. Or….am I the only one?
I’m not? Good.
I’m glad I’m not alone.
That’s exactly why I stopped making them.

I got sick of disappointing myself and the mental struggle that went along with it for not being able to stick with them.

That’s when I made a decision.

If I want to eat healthy I can do it any day I want.

When I’m ready to try a new schedule or new organizational method I’ll just try.

I don’t have to wait until New Year’s to do it. And neither do you!

If you’ve stopped making resolutions, or made some but are not happy with your results, try this instead….. It’s not a list of resolutions I can break. It’s a list of things I do not want to do anymore. Things I want to change about business and/or myself and the way I live.
Make a list of things you will NOT do this year!
I do this every year.

It has changed my whole outlook on how my year would go.
